Located one block up the hill from Dolores Park in the Dolores Heights/Liberty Hill District, this beautiful flat was built in 1915 and has been meticulously renovated in a modern and contemporary fashion. It is centrally located, a stone’s throw from Noe Valley’s 24th Street, the Castro, and the hip Valencia/Guerrero/Mission Street corridor.
The flat is conveniently located close to all modes of transportation, including the J Church Muni line 1-block away and freeways 101 and 280 (including 3 “zip car locations”). It is a short distance to hip gourmet restaurants, shopping and Whole Foods, Bi-Rite Grocery and Mollie Stone’s gourmet food markets. Behind the updated Edwardian façade, you’ll find a spacious, 1600 square foot (149 square meters) flat filled with natural light. There is beautiful period detail, combined with refinished hardwood floors and designer lighting throughout. There are two spacious bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the flat for ultimate privacy!
The front bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and the rear master-suite has a king-size bed. There is a sitting/dressing room off of the master-suite for additional comfort. The layout of the unit is perfect for couples and families because the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the flat. Adjacent to the living room, separated by sliding pocket doors, you’ll find a large sitting room, complete with a desk and twin-size daybed. The bathroom is remodeled with a bright orange, restored 6 foot Victorian iron claw tub! There is a full shower over the tub and a custom vanity.

Prior to living in Dolores Park, I lived in the Marina, Pacific Heights and South of Market. Dolores Park is by far my favorite neighborhood. Not only is it sunny and warm most of the time, there is a ton of 'local color.' There is no shortage of gourmet restuarants and markets, cafes, hip boutiques and you are only a short distance from downtown via muni. Highways 101 and 280 are also easily accessible.
The condo is located in one of the most desirable areas of Dolores Heights...you could not be in a better location! You are walking distance to Dolores Park, the Castro, Noe Valley's 24th Street and the hip Valencia Street Cooridor. The SF Muni is one block away and you will be downtown in less than 15 minutes.

We had a fantastic week in San Francisco, the accomodation was first class, lovely spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped with stunning views across the city. The location was great with Dolores Park at the bottom of the hill and the muni stop 2 seconds away. I would certainly stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough ! Excellent!
We just came back from a five-day stay in this apartment - one of the best vacation rental experiences ever. First of all, the apartment is BEAUTIFUL. It's tastefully decorated, clean, had great towels and sheets, and had very comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The pictures on the website are pretty accurate. Second, it is actually very quiet - a pleasant surprise. Third, the location is great - Bi-Rite, Tartine, and Delfina are very close. Lastly, the landlord was very responsive. Very prompt with addressing our questions. By the way, for those of you thinking of having a car and worried about not having on-site parking - we had a car and parking was not an issue at all. We managed to park within a block from the apartment every night (and whenever we needed to during the day). Just make sure to keep track of the street cleaning days and it should be no problem. I cannot think of one thing that is wrong with this place. Thanks, Alan!
This lovely property exceeded all of our expectations. Located a block away from scenic Mission Delores Park, a great place to relax, people-watch and enjoy our Bi-Rite ice creams. Italian favorites Delfina and Farina are close by. We indulged ourselves daily at nearby Tartine Bakery - the best bread we have ever tasted. Just a few blocks walk to reach Noe Valley and Mission/Valencia shopping and eateries. There is no need for a car to get around - the J line stops only a block away. The owner was very friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. The home was updated, super clean and very spacious, with an abundance of natural lighting. We particularly enjoyed the view downhill toward the city from the front windows at night. The kitchen was well supplied, and we enjoyed eating breakfast and sipping tea on the outdoor patio. The mattresses and linens were of excellent quality allowing us a great night's sleep. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.
Excellent location, lovely townhome, very convenient. The place was clean and well stocked with linens and cooking utensils. Easy communication with owner. Wicked hill, but not a negative. The view is worth the hill.
The apartment absolutely blew me away; it was gorgeously decorated, very clean, and ready for us upon arrival. It was in a residential area however, so we did need to be mindful of our neighbors. It was great to get a feel for the neighborhood and pretend like you were a resident. The closest BART was a 15 minute walk and there are some hills to contend with but it didn't take long to figure out the easiest way. Overall a great place to stay that allows you to truly relax!
Our unit is uniquely located; as they say, location, location, location! We are close to freeway access for the US101 and US 280. Also, near several great, local neighborhoods (the Castro, the Mission, the Haight/Ashbury area and Noe Valley) all within walking distance. Golden Gate Park is also easily accessible via local transportation, a quick drive or by bike and foot for eager walkers. In case of any medical emergency, we are near several major medical centers and minutes from San Francsico General Hospital's Level I Trauma Center. Whether you are looking for a low key relaxing visit, a fun filled vacation or here for business this location is ideal for everyone!
