Nestled in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains this newly remodeled home is the perfect location for your stay in Albuquerque. Views of the mountain and city lights can be seen from both patios of the home. Located just off Tramway Blvd and Paseo Del Norte this home provides easy access to the many nearby sites. The ''World's Longest Tram'' is basically in your backyard. Enjoy a spectacular ride to the top of the mountain where a day of skiing or hiking awaits you or just take a ride to enjoy a fine dining experience at High Finance Restaurant. If you are wanting a more casual dining experience, I recommend the Mexican restaurant at the base of the tram which offers a spectacular view from the patio. Enjoy a mango margarita while viewing a spectacular New Mexico sunset.

If you are feeling lucky only a few more minutes down the hill you will find Sandia Resort and Casino offers the largest gaming facility in the state.

The resort features a top rated golf course, spa facilities, restaurants, live entertainment and dancing. Don't forget to check out the buffalo that you can see from the road on the way down.

If you are wanting to get some exercise mountain bikes are available upon request. The bike trail is only a minute away. Don't be surprised if you pass some quail or 'beep-beep' there goes a road runner.

Forgot some essentials? A new CVS pharmacy is two minutes away. Other close by shopping includes Alberston's, Trader Joes, Barnes and Nobles, Target, and Kohls.

Once your day is complete you can relax in contemporary southwestern flair. Our home provides a spacious living area with hardwood floors and high ceilings that feature famous New Mexico artist's work.

A 50'' flat screen LCD in both the master bedroom and living room with Direct TV. Wireless internet for your laptop is available also.

Great Two Weeks

We spent two weeks here and couldn't have been more comfortable. Wonderful house in perfect location for hikers and anyone else who loves the outdoors. Close to everything and driving any where in town or around the area is easy. Would absolutely stay here again. The house matched completely the listing description.

Awesome place!!! Beautiful views, QUIET location...owner was right next door, and never bothered once. We talked upon arrival after I had walked through unit. It was only ! mile to the Sandia Tramway!!
Unit was furnished very well. It had everything I needed!! I would stay again with no problem!! Thanks Christine for the use of your home!!

Wedding Weekend

Our group flew in for a wedding at the Sandia Resort and Casino. The house was beautiful and located within five minutes of the Casino. The home offers every amenity you'd want for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are bikes available for exploring and a great bike trail 30 seconds from the front door. The back deck has comfortable patio furniture and a great gas grill, and there's a Trader Joe's and Albertsons right up the street. The home became the central meeting spot for other guests in town. We loved the accommodations and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice vacation home. Clean, quiet, nicely appointed I could not have been more pleased. The master bed was divine. Did I mention quiet. If you need traffic noise to sleep you might want to bring your own traffic sounds.

I absolutley would recommend this house to anyone. It was perfect for me and my wife. Very roomy and well appointed throughout with local artwork. My wife does alot of cooking and appreciated the high quality kitchenware and appliances. My favorite thing was the bed. It was so nice to have an excellent quality mattress and linens.
