The area offers a wealth of tourist attractions including the National Botanic Gardens and Aberglasney, Oakwood, castles, mountains and country parks. Horse riding, caving, mountain biking, fishing and walking are just a few of the local activities. 7 golf courses (parkland and links) test golfers of all levels. For shopping Llandeilo (4 miles) offers trendy boutiques, Carmarthen (10 miles) an indoor food market and shopping centre or Swansea and Cardiff are just over an hour. The Holiday Cottages are an ideal base for a family holiday with a variety of activities for all ages, equally it can offer a quiet relaxing environment in which to unwind and get away from the stresses of city life. Set in a courtyard within a 48 acre farm. Plenty of parking. Plenty of fresh air.

Cwmcrwth Farm is set in idyllic countryside close to Llandeilo and Carmarthen. It is in easy reach of the beaches of West Wales: Pembrey, Pendine, Tenby, Newquay and Cardigan Bay. Very local tourist attractions include Dinefwr Park, Gelli Aur Country Park and Paxton's Tower not to mention mountain biking, horse riding and walking in the Brechfa Forest. The Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains are close by for the energetic walkers and cavers and for thrill seekers, Oakwood and the Museum of Speed are within easy reach. For the botanists both Aberglasney Gardens and The National Botanic Gardens are within 5 miles and castles pop up around most corners (Careg Cennen & Dryslwn). The market towns of Llandeilo and Llandovery offer farmers markets and boutiques whilst Carmarthen has an indoor food market and the major retailers. Swansea and Cardiff are just an hour's drive. To finish the day fine restaurants and local pubs cater for all. The area is full of surprises!

Bring your own Horse on holiday: We have plenty of stables and fresh grass for your horse to enjoy, so why not bring him or her with you. Self livery. Free use of our indoor arena. Plenty of parking for horse boxes. We can arrange hay, straw and food to make things easier. Horses from £40 per week. You can enjoy trekking in the Brechfa forest and a canter on the beach!

The Farm: Our farm is home to Toffee the Welsh pony and Oxford Sandy and Black rare breed pigs and plenty of piglets throughout the year. We also have 4 highland cattle called Morag, Poppy, Agnes and Bonnie and 2 goats who love visitors. You are welcome to visit all the animals and help feed them. We also supply pork and sausages from our outdoor free range rare breed pigs so complete the experience!
