We welcome you to our 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Sugarbush Resort's Village Run trail. This condo comfortably accommodates two families, has an amazing view of the Mad River Valley and includes a large deck overlooking the Lincoln Peak Base Lodge and ski slopes. The small kitchen has been tastefully modernized and the bathrooms have been maintained in their original decor.
With enough snow on the ungroomed “Village Run” trail, it is possible to ski directly to and from the condo. You can access both of Sugarbush's bases, Lincoln Peak via “Gate House Express” lift and Mt. Ellen via the “Slide Brook Express Quad” lift.
If skiing isn't in the cards, the Mad Bus, Sugarbush's free shuttle service, stops about 100 yards away.
Two bedrooms have queen beds, and two bedrooms have bunks, one of which is full over full. The open floor plan has a great room with a large window overlooking the Village Run ski slope.
Best skiing in the East!!: Ski the best of New England - 111 trails, 4000+ acres, 2600 vertical feet, and 267' average annual snow fall. Plenty of terrain for all level of skiers. Walk to Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club with pool, climbing wall, hot tub, tennis, racquetball courts, and full health club facilities for a reasonable daily rate. (Great for rain-outs and wind-hold days!)
View fall foliage from the reclining chairs on the large deck or watch your family ski by you on the Village Run trail. As the condo is on the top floor of the building, your gorgeous views include the Lincoln Peak Base Lodge and ski slopes as well as a panorama of the Mad River Valley. A wide variety of restaurants range from casual après-ski to gourmet. The Sugarbush Base lodge includes restaurants, equipment shops, and a general store. Sugarbush Village offers fine dining at Chez Henri, quick eats at Mutha Stuffers and Pizza Soul, and a cozy tavern in Pine Tree Pub.
