The Woodland House

Oceanfront, dog friendly, 3BR, 2 1/2 baths, hot tub, comfortably furnished, washer, dryer, iron and

ironing board, TV in 3 bedrooms and living room, DVD, VHS, cable and internet. Board games, books, VHS

and DVD library, hair dryer, fire wood and free long distance are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, ice maker, stove, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. The house sits on quiet street with open space. The oceanfront and coastline views from every room are truly magnificent. The Sea Ranch is

103 miles north of Golden Gate Bridge. It is 10 miles long with 50% of the land preserved as permanent open space. There are 75 miles of hiking trails, complimentary swimming pools, tennis, basketball, sand volley ball courts, a dog park and a library. The Sea Ranch has an 18 hole golf course, restaurants, a bakery, horseback riding, a non-denominational chapel, post office and a landing strip.
