The condo worked out beautifully for us. My wife and I stayed with our adult son and his wife. The internal arrangement of the condo allowed for privacy with comfort and the kitchen and living area were comfortable and more than adequately provided with utensils, dishes, etc. The condo opens on a semi-private patio where the resident chicken and chicks arrived each day for the crumbs tossed down from the condo upstairs. There was more than adequate beach gear from snorkel to fins, beach mat and etc. Towels were great.. All was just what we needed, wanted and hoped for... Arrangements easily made. Owner responsive and welcoming.. It gets a 6 star rating from us...

The condominium was great, very comfortable and spacious. We had a wonderful stay here the complex was clean an quiet perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We cooked most of our meals and we were very happy to see there was spices there to use. I would diffently rent this condominium again if I were to return to the island. The owner has made it very affordable to rent and such a pleasant experience. Richard was a pleasure to work with. We also spoke with housekeeping and she was very professional and pleasant . There was not one negative thing I can think of about this place.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This was just the place we needed! I surprised my husband with this trip and it went off without a hitch. We were very pleased with the condo and the area. The condo is clean and modern and has a beautiful view. All appliances are new and there are very spacious granite counter tops. The area is quiet and serene. We simply loved it here and would rent it again and again! Thanks so much Richard for being a good sport and sounding board for me. You truly helped me keep the secret! Robin

Our stay of 6 days at Richard's apartment/condo was nothing short of exceptional. The location provided perfect solitude with 2 bedrooms of ample size (each with ensuite) and spacious kitchen, dining and living room areas, all expressing a simple island casualness without any outworn appearances that you can sometimes experience with vacation rentals. Clean at every turn, you will not hesitate to feel comfortable. The lanai gives a vista of an ocean view. My wife and I lived in Kauai and this was our first trip back. Thank you Richard for giving us a most pleasant and beautifully appointed living space while back on the Garden Island. Mahalo!

Wonderful Time

We spent our second anniversry in Kauai and stayed at this condo. The condo was very clean and well supplied with anything you wanted to take to the beach. The location was quiet and close to many conveniences and wondreful sites. The washer and dryer in the unit made life so much eaiser. There was plenty of parking on site and the pool and hot tube was wonderful. We spent many mornings on the porch eating breakfast, watching the sunrise and the birds. The Dolphin resturant is not to far from the condo and has some delious sushi. Also in Hannel Bay there is a farmer's market every Saturday, which is worth stopping by. If you go take the time to drive to the South Shore and go to Gillian's beach. It is a little hard to find, but totally worth the trouble. The snorkeling is fantastic and safe at Tunnels which is on the North Shore. We heard from the owners that the condo's kitchen was remolded last year and we're look forward to enjoying it. We are headed back this year in April and will be staying at the same condo. We highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to April, it can't come soon enough.
