2 Bedroom home in quiet Court location close to the beach

This very neat property is in a very quiet court location and less than 500 metres to the beach. Perfect for the family looking to get away and to be close to the water.

Featuring 2 bedrooms, both with BIR's, the main with a Queen and the 2nd bedroom with a triage bunk sleeping 3. There is a central bathroom with a toilet, vanity and shower that connects to the main bedroom.

The large living area is open plan with seating for 5 and the adjoining dining area has a 4 seater table plus a high chair.

The kitchen is complete with upright stove, fridge, microwave and pantry. A separate laundry includes both washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors there is a merbau deck with a 4 burner barbecue and a separate paved area with a 4 seater table. The rear yard is fully fenced and very secure.

Other features include split system heating/cooling, single lock-up garage, TV, DVD Player, X-Box with games and a cot.

Excellent location and close to Rosebud Plaza with shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc only 5 minutes drive.
