The Downtown Victorian Villa-Walk 2 State St,Shops,Beach n More!

The Villa is so large that the 1st time I walked through it I got lost!! It is meant to accommodate large groups of 14-16 guests. Leave your car parked in the garage and walk everywhere!! Downtown to shops and restaurants on State Street. Walk to Paseo Nuevo shopping center just 3 blocks away! You can also walk to the gorgeous East Beach and the pier at the end of State Street!!

Walk up the steps onto the front porch and in through the front door where you will find the Princess Suite bedroom, living room, kitchen, breakfast sun porch, full bathroom and large elegant dining room! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor, Artist's loft on 3rd floor and Guest House Studio in the back.

Enter through the front door and into the foyer. On the left you will find the Princess Suite with Queen sized bed and beautiful furnishings. Walk through the foyer and enter into the bright and comfortable living room and beyond to the magical kitchen with the breakfast sun porch to the left. From the living room enter through the beautiful antique doors on the left into the incredible dining room with seating for 12 and seating for 4 on the adjacent sun porch!

From the living room you can go out the exterior door to a little deck. There you will find the front door to the Guest House Studio Suite! Enter through the front door of the Guest House and ascend the stairs up to the gorgeous large living space!

In the main house on the 2nd floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The pink room and the Bay room each have a queen bed. The yellow room has a queen bed and the Pee Wee room has a double (full) bed.

The 3rd floor Artist's Loft has a queen bed in one area and a double bed in another separated area ( attic artist's loft is 500 square feet!).

Guest House Studio and Artist's Loft: From the living room you can go outside through the exterior door to the Guest House studio. Enter through the Guest House studio front door and ascend the stairs to the charming 600 square foot Guest House studio!! There is a Queen sized bed, a small living room with double futon bed, a small full kitchen and a dining area with seating for 4. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the full bathroom. Go outside through the sliding French doors to the balcony where you can share a glass of wine in the evening or have coffee in the morning!!

The Artist's Loft on the 3rd floor also has it's own small living room, dining area and small refrigerator!
