This recently built well-equipped 3 bedroom villa with private covered 9 x 4 swimming pool consists of an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with French doors leading onto the terrace and overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room with wash basin and toilet. There are two further twin-bedded

rooms and a family bathroom with bath, wash basin and toilet. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and barbeque. The pool terrace has sun loungers and children's swings in the garden.

Swimming Pool: Swimming Pool Cover: The swimming pool cover is lockable for extra security and the safety of young children. It also keeps the

pool cleaner and the water warmer. The warmer water is a great advantage for the out of season months of April, May, June and

September when the rental prices, ferry crossings and flights are much cheaper.
