Thank you for a lovely stay. My family and I were visiting relatives in north Chicago and it was tremendously helpful to stay in an apartment nearby rather than in a hotel. Property 401118 has well appointed amenities, all of which were accurately described in the property guidelines. The owner was generous in fielding questions at all times and was especially kind in arranging check-in details. This property is highly recommended and it would be wonderful to stay there again.

Initially, a family member in the city contacted me and once the apartment appeared to meet the guests' needs they reserved. The guest was kind and professional during our communications. The apartment was left spotless...seriously, I believed they cleaned! Beds were made, garbage emptied, dishes put away. A thank you card left was on the table wishing me a wonderful holiday. I would be honored to host the family again and believe any HomeAway property owner would find the family to be delightful guests should they have an opportunity to do the same.
