Our new individual architect designed luxury villa is located in Cala Morrel, near Ciutadella, tucked away in the North West corner of Menorca and is without doubt one of the most pretty and tranquil resorts on the whole island. Private pool with shower. Coastal setting. 5 minutes walk to beach and bar/ restaurant.15 minutes drive to the beautiful city of Ciutadella.The villa is equipped to a high standard including flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player and music system.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and separate utility room with washing machine and drying area. All appliances are new.Linen and towels provided. Ample private parking.There is a barbeque and a sheltered patio area overlooking the pool with patio furniture, a second patio with sunbeds as well as a roof terrace with sea views.Weekly maid service. Cala Morrell near Ciutadella is a beautiful, quiet, rocky little resort famous for its incredible prehistoric caves. There are no large hotels here but mainly privately owned villas, creating an 'exclusive' feel. The beach is small although there are some excellent platforms in the surrounding cliffs providing opportunities for swimming and snorkelling. This is a very tranquil resort, totally unspoiled by tourism and much cleaner and quieter than many others on the island. The famous city of Ciutadella (the old capital) is a short car ride away. It oozes history and is amazingly beautiful with its quaint little streets full of interesting shops and stunning buildings. The port has many excellent restaurants and bars and is the perfect place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Ciutadella is host to the island's largest and most popular festival, the Fiesta de San Juan which takes place on 23-24 June each year.

Verry good time in Cala Morrel

We really had good time in Cala Morrel. The situation is ideal (15 min far from the nice city of Citadella by car) and verry quiet. The villa is verry well equipped and clean. The description provided is detailed and accurate and we were provided with verry clear and detailed information on how to access the villa. We believe that having a car is important, allowing to visit the differents playas / calas of the area (the playa of Cala Morrel is nice but definitely not as nice than other places in the island). No doubt we will come back in the future! Do not miss to have dinner in Café Balear in Ciutadella (even if it is necessary to wait as the restaurant is crouded and it is not possible to book a table). As well, we really enjoyed the restaurant Tast, situated in Es Mercadal (Plaza Pere Camps)

The villa was accurately described on the holiday rental website. Customer service from the owner was excellent. We found the property clean and very well equipped.

A car is necessary as facilities at Calla Morell are very limited, but the attractive port town of Ciutadella has all you need & is only a 15 minutes drive away. We found the unspoilt beaches in this part of the island fantastic and great for children.

Generally the villa is located in a quiet development, although we did experience some day time noise from the construction of a new villa over the road.

Beautiful villa in nice and quiet location

It is a beautiful villa in a very nice location, the place to be to relax.
We found the villa clean and as described.
The villa is nicely furnished and very well equipped, very. Especially the kitchen, but also in general. Everything is new and hardly used.

Cala Morell is a very nice and quiet spot. Infrastructure is very limited so a car is mandatory.
Ciutadella with everything you need is in good distance and easy to reach. Next supermarket is about 10 minutes away, the town itself maybe 15, and for sure worth a visit.

Organisation was good. We were provided with all necessary information. Finding the place was very easy.
Support by the owner regarding our individual requirements was great.
Communication with the owner was great, too, very nice.
