Brand new luxury apartment with use of a swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities. Situated in the Riviera bay area of the black sea coast, this fantastic apartment is perfect for either a family holiday or a more lively break for a young couple. The Riviera bay area itself is a small unspoilt Bulgarian holiday resort a short drive from the city of Varna. A two minute walk from the apartment you will find a small private beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families or a little privacy. However if you require something a little more lively Kabakum beach is just 350m away which is more vivid and has more night-life with cocktail bars and a good choice of fantastic restaurants where the prices are far cheaper than in some of the larger resorts. The Riviera resort is just 500m away with its excellent beaches and parks. Further along the coast (1kilometer)is golden sands resort with all a tourist could wish for including night-life, watersports, all kinds of shops, medical services etc

Riviera bay is 13 kilometres from Bulgaria's second largest city Varna,and just 20 kilometres from Varna airport . The city of Varna is full of tourist attractions ,designer shops,restaurants and night life, as well as parks and places of historical interest.a local guide can be arranged as can transport to help you make the most of your stay.All the major tourist resorts are within easy reach .The closet of these is goldensands which is just a short 15 minute walk away. Goldensands is Bulgaria's second largest resort with its beautiful sandy beach.it is packed with attractions and activities ,from paragliding jetski hire ,and fishing trips to children's rides shops and disco's .Goldensands is far less over developed and crowded than the other black sea resort of sunny beach. Also nearby is the quieter resort of Albena .and further up coast the lovely port town of Balchik with its botanical gardens and upmarket restaurants.The apartments location means it can also be used for golfing

Notes: The apartment is fully equipt with everything you will need for your stay from cutlery and cooking equipment to washing and cleaning products You have the use of the communal pool and jacuzzi which is shared by only a handful of people .The pool can be viewed from the apartment so children can play safely while you watch On the same complex as the apartment there is a small bar/restaurant where you can get meals throughout the day if you don't wish to take advantage of the cooking facilities in the apartment . There has been a spa and beauty centre planned on the complex ,and I'm waiting for confirmation on its progress . If you do require extra sleeping facilities contact me and i will purchase a fold up bed or cot etc ready for your arrival.

The Perfect Summer Escape!

Myself and my boyfriend spent 2 weeks here earlier this summer, and have nothing to say expect how excellent everything was.
The apartment is exactly to specification, very clean, (our a laundry changed at leat once duing our stay, however we had the use of the washing machine anyway) where the surrounding location was beautiful.
Lots of lovely restaurants and a few litle bars along the beach which are really nice, and very cheap.
The resort of Golden Sands was only a short 10-15min walk away which is perfect for a change of scenery if needed.
It was arranged that we were collected from the airort by Dani, and he did everything he could for us throughout our stay which was brilliant, including recommendations for food, and places to visit.
The customer service both before and during our stay was spot on!
Overall we cannot fault the holiday at all, perfect get away holiday where we could relax and yet find a bit more adventure easily enough and just on the doorstep.
We will go back in a heartbeat!!

Me and my girlfriend where the first couple who held vacation in this apartment. It was summer 2008. I have only good things so say regarding the place. The beach is perfect and due to the location, you can choose to walk 10 min if you like to have a crowd on the bech or just stay by the local beach if you like to have some quiet quality time by the water.

It's a quiet place in the evening, but for those who want to party there's a little walk (20-30 min) to Golden Sands.

Just beside the apartment theres a little shop where you can buy different trips and excursions.

When renting the apartment there's a local guy who can english who helps you with every question or issue you may have. He's very kind a helpful.

Overall is has been a perfect place to spend our 2 weeks and this want be the last time we have used this apartment for sure !!!
