This high quality brand new apartment offers stunning views across the Adriatic Sea towards Dubrovnik against the outstanding backdrop of the Dalmatian mountains. It is situated on the spectacular Croatian coast 10 minutes from Dubrovnik airport and 5 minutes (or 20 minutes pleasant stroll) to the picturesque fishing village of Cavtat.Dubrovnik is 20 minutes by bus/car or 45 minutes by boat.The apartment comprises 1 triple bedroom (1 x L-shaped bunkbed and another single) downstairs and 1 double bedroom upstairs (ensuite with shower cubicle/WC/single basin) - both bedrooms have wardrobes, 1 family bathroom (bath with shower over/WC/single basin, washing machine), fitted modern kitchen, dining area, spacious lounge with TV/ sat. Air conditioning/heating throughout. Swimming Pool shared with 7 other apartments. Parking facilities. All bed linen and towels,iron + ironing board,hairdryer provided. 5 mins walk to local shop.10 mins walk to beach. 2 separate balconies with table and 6 chairs

The picturesque beach and harbour of Cavtat is 10 mins walk from the apartment. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. The town has tree lined walks where you can have a relaxing stroll after dinner. Frequent public transport is available from Cavtat to Dubrovnik via bus, taxi or boat services at reasonable prices. Facilities available locally include health & beauty spa, gym, tennis, swimming pool, mountain bike hire, horse riding, water skiing, banana boat, & various other water based activities. Cavtat is only 20mins from the Montenegro border and Mostar (Bosnia Herzegovina) is also possible as a day trip by car.

Best Place to Stay in South Croatia

I can honestly say I do not know where to start with this place as me and my family fully enjoyed ourselves. it is a short trip from the Airport and also a short walk to the Shops. The Apartment was very modern and clean, and had ample room for my family to relax and enjoy.

Having been to Croatia in the past I have found that CAVTAT is a hidden gem and has all the facilities required to be an active holiday and inclusive of being relaxed for adults in the evening.

I will be returning at the earlist oppurtunity and thanks to the owners for the speedy response and prompt information I received.

Relaxation in Cavtat

This is a well placed apartment. Especially good for walking, near to the buses, and handy for the local food shop. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the changing views and scenes from the balconies. A peaceful and relaxing place to be.
The swimming pool was a bit chilly! But, hey, we were on holiday!

At the time of our visit there was no name on the apartments. Might be handy in future.

All in all a lovely place to be.

We really enjoyed our trip to Croatia, the apartment was perfect with lovely views and in a great location. A nice 15 minute walk into Cavtat, where there was a good selection of restaurants and bar/cafe's and then 5 minutes in the other direction took us to the bus stop, for a picturesque 20 minute ride to Dubrovnik Old town. We could not fault the apartment or Croatia in any way!!

Super holiday!

We had a very happy holiday in Cavtat. The appartment was very clean, cool and spacious. The views over to Dubrovnik were spectacular from both balconies. The pool was much appreciated when relaxing at the appartment when we did not want to walk to the beach. The downside was the long walk to Cavtat Harbour, a car is necessary if you have mobility problems. Janet was very helpful in showing us the appartment and giving advice on restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and sightseeing. We would stay in this appartment again.

Great Apartment in a

We found the apartment just as it looked in the photos – beautiful, very spacious, spotlessly clean and modern with lovely views towards Dubrovnik on the horizon. The two good-sized balconies (one above the other) provided a choice of sunshine or shade at just about any time of day. Two bathrooms (with two showers) made for a quick family getaway in the morning when exploring the area. The washing machine in one of the bathrooms was a very welcome feature. The shared pool was popular with the children – not too deep!
Eating out was such good value with a range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets that there was no incentive to cook, but the close proximity to a supermarket was ideal for picking up the essentials (we didn’t have a hire car). The supermarket is off the tourist track, so prices are “local”.
Beautiful walks were easily reached in around 15 mins, but the road back to the apartment was up a fair hill – a bit daunting in the mid-day 33C summer heat (August), but not so bad in the evenings! Fortunately, obliging bus drivers willingly made an unscheduled stop at Kerum (the supermarket) from where it was a short downhill walk to the apartment (bus fares were very reasonable). The air-con in the apartment (lounge and both bedrooms) soon brought the inside temperature down to a comfortable level during even the hottest day.
Transfer arrangements from the airport were very convenient – a very friendly and helpful local English lady holds the keys and her husband will collect guests at the airport for less than the price of a local taxi. The area is more-or-less on the flight path for the airport, but there was absolutely no disturbance from that whatsoever.

Definitely recommended.
