Discover Thirroul village for your next getaway - this town house provides a great cost effective option for a family of 5 to get out of town and stay near the beach.

The living areas are open plan with a comfortable lounge area and tiled dining room with table seating for all 5 guests. A well equipped timber kitchen flows from the dining area providing stainless steel oven and microwave.

The two bedrooms are upstairs. Main with queen size bed, ceiling fan and built-in robe. The second room has a single bunk set plus trundle bed. An extra large modern bathroom sits between the 2 rooms including a separate bathtub for those with children.

A small paved court yard area is ideal for basking in the sunshine over a BBQ or just reading a book. The location is so convenient - across the road from great local restaurants and shops, a very short stroll from Thirroul station plus bus stops and the beach is approx 7 minute walk away or only a couple of minutes by car!
