I grew up in Washington, DC, and went to college in NYC, but I love Denver. Getting out and enjoying the mountains is my favorite part of living here, but enjoying life in North Denver is a close second.
Jessica True purchased this condo in 2008
The Highlands neighborhood sits just above downtown and has the best views of the Denver skyline, as well as the most vibrant urban culture in the city.
Guests LOVE the location and housekeeping service! I am always available to help make your stay at the apartment awesome...
Thanks for making your place available to us this past weekend-
we had a great stay! The building heat came on late Friday/early Saturday.
So the extra heater wasn't necessary after all!
All the best,
Christen & Zach, Seattle WA
This was a perfect little gem! The unit is spacious, clean, modern and has all the amenities one could ask for! The KING size bed was super comfy! Free parking for 1 car. Safe neighborhood. The Location was great! Tons of food and neat bars all within walking distance and even downtown is within 15-20 min walk. You have to go to the speakeasy-- Williams and Graham down the street--super cool spot! And linger/Root down- fabulous food. The owner from the very beginning was on top of things! She communicated everything promptly and very helpful. LOVE LOVE LOVED it. Thanks again!
first don't let the exterior of the building discourage you. it is a bit worn but the unit itself has been completely redone and it is exceptional. the kitchen especially was fantastic. it made cooking a joy.
during my stay a knucklehead resident across the street decided to thump live music but a call to denver p.d. resolved that issue.
during traffic hours there is major traffic in this area but it is walking distance to many places and even REI was but s ten minute drive!
the owner is very accommodating and understanding and completely has the renters' comfort in mind.
I highly recommend.
Great property. In town for 4 days for work. Local to everything and just a stones throw from lodo/downtown Denver. There is a bike rental station nearby as well.
Property itself is great. Comfy bed, great amenities in the apartment. And QUIET, which was awesome.
Would stay again.
we recently spent 5 nights at this condo. What a great place. The complex is located in a neighborhood that we felt safe to walk around in and just hang out. The condo is completely updated; great kitchen, washer/dryer/ and an awesome kingsize bed! The adjacent yard has a grill, table, and chairs. The condo is immaculate with plenty of towels and soaps, kitchen amenities, including coffee! The AC was great as we hit 95+ on all days! Parking is off street in the back. While we ate every meal in the apt, there are great restaurants nearby, check out Highland Pacific Seafood & Oyster Bar, we did hit that one up one night! Simply delicious. Restaurants are nearby and if you don't have a car use LYFT or UBER to get you there. Jessica met us outside when we arrived and gave us the tour and showed us the ropes. She was always a text away if needed, we had no questions. Downtown Denver is very close. All and all a great condo in a great neighborhood and a great host! Thanks again, we will be back. A definite keeper!
This rental was great! We looked at a lot of different options in Denver and this one was best for what we wanted to do and for the price. Hotels were almost double the price and a lot smaller. The description and photos were accurate. Jessica was very easy to work with and accommodating to our multiple flight change arrival times.
We found it very easy to get to everything in Denver. We didn't rent a car we walked (so much within about 1.5 miles of the condo) and used Uber car service for about $7 a trip to most places.
The Highlands is a very cute area and we hung out there for a whole day and weren't bored. It was a nice change after spending the previous few days in downtown Denver.
The condo had everything you need! We would return to this rental for sure! Bring your walking shoes and appetite! So much great food and so many things accessible on foot!
Clean. Great location. Would stay again.
