• Non-Smoking, No Pets
• Security Deposits: Security deposit in the amount of $400 is required for all bookings. The security deposit is to be paid by separate check and will be deposited in a non-interest bearing checking account at First Bank of Sea Isle. Deposit will be returned to tenant within thirty (30) days of termination of lease unless the owner submits in writing a claim against the security within ten (10) days of termination. Claims will be paid immediately to owner and a copy of the claim along with the balance, if any, of the deposit will be forwarded to tenant. All security deposit disputes will be handled through Small Claims Court.
  
  Tenant to pay a $50 processing fee.
• Cleaning fees paid for by Owner. Should excessive cleaning need be done and additional charge may be held from security deposit.
  Default/Cancellation: The lease terminates upon default of any payment. No payments will be returned to tenant in the event of default or cancellation, until the leased property has been re-rented with no loss to owner. If the property is not re-rented, the tenant remains liable to the owner for the full balance due.
