My name is Michael Roybal. i am the third generation of my family to occupy this home. Originally owned by my fathers mother and eventually in my care this house my magnificent qualities.

Michael Roybal purchased this house in 1930
What makes this house unique

Remodeled in 1998 this house has radiant heated cherry wood floors, diamond finish old world plaster walls, private yards with high fences and a oasis of a back yard. Being on a dead end street the traffic is little and car noise non existent and yet you are a moment away from H285 and 10 minutes walking to the downtown area. A unique location in deed.

We loved staying here. The house was extremely comfortable, the bathroom luxurious, and it was close to restaurants, the square, etc. Owner gracious and helpful!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
