5,600 SQ FT LUXURY HOME, PRIME SCOTTSDALE LOCATION.

Six of us meet yearly in Scottsdale for a golf vacation. So we needed a nice place with 6 bedrooms and located properly. This home was perfect. It had all the amenities and more. The owners took very good care of us and were very responsive. We loved the spa and the home theatre. Kitchen is very well appointed.

It even has a piano which a few of us played.

All in all, a great time and we will be back next year.

First of all, excuse my writing, my first language is French. We came 8 friends to Scottsdale to play golf. Although, our travel agency was proposing to stay at the hotel, we decided to rent this wonderful house instead. That decision changed our week from an ordinary golf trip into a trip with memories for years!

Joan, Rachel and Segun were very kind to us. They were respectful of our privacy. The house was so clean we could have had lunch on the floor. The location of the home is perfect and the neighborhood very quiet.

The movie theatre is spectacular but for us, the best part of this house is the kitchen which is bigger than many restaurants! The grocery store is 2 minutes away and the barbecue outside can easily be use by anyone. Of course, it helps when one guy in the group thinks he is Steven Raichlen! There are more than 16 places outside to eat and, as a Canadian with 6 months of snow, it’s a blessing to be able to eat outside each evening. Of course, nobody will mix driving and alcohol.

We have already started to negotiate with our wives to make sure they will let us comeback next year!

I can't say enough about this place!

First off, Sam and Segun are wonderful people! Easy, Outgoing, and Thoughtful.

This house is very, very roomy, slept 12 with ease. It was ideal for our trip and would cater to anyone. The pool is large with a great shallow end and a very nice deep end for jumping into. The Movie theatre is a highlight as well. It was nice to watch Sunday football and movies!. The Sound is Spectacular! The decorating of this mansion is well done, and has a comfortable home feeling.

Our group was there to play some golf and we were 5 miles from both of my favorite courses in Scottsdale. (TPC and Grayhawk).

Our group also loves to shop. Kierland Commons has some of the best shopping in the Desert, nice highend stores.(10 min away) Also close by is the Desert Ridge Market Place which contains a Canadian Favorite! Target! Among others Ross, Old Navy and also "In N Out"(10min away)

I cant say enough, just that it wasnt a very pleasant house and fantastic warm home. Just the way it should be on a holiday.
