3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, sleeps maximum of six

This beach house is located on one of the few residential points on the NH seacoast and offers extraordinary views. The charming house features 60 feet of its own ocean frontage with a common lawn running the length of the point. Gorgeous Wallis Sands beach is a two minute walk from the house. The house has large picture windows downstairs and 15 feet of casement windows in the master bedroom with spectacular ocean views. Covered sitting porches surround three sides of the house. The house sleeps 5 comfortably with a queen bed and three twin beds. There is an additional twin day bed on the enclosed sunporch. A half bathroom is located off the kitchen with a 3/4 bath with shower upstairs.

Take a day trip to the White Mountains or Downeast Maine. Shop the outlet stores or enjoy the relaxing views from a chaise lounge on the patio. Rye is a ten minute drive to Portsmouth, NH where galeries, theaters, museums, and excellent restaurants abound. During the summer enjoy the Prescott Park Arts Festival as well as the many other festivals and fairs a short drive away.
