Enjoy a short break in Boston in an elegant and historic building. Our building has recently undergone a $3m. renovation to recreate the splendor of the original Hotel Bellevue, in the 1890's. The location is perfect -- on Boston's famous Beacon Hill, in the heart of Government Center.

Our unit has hardwood parquet flooring, 13 foot ceilings, chandelier, floor to ceiling windows, bay windows in bedroom overlooking State House garden. Granite kitchen, marble bathroom, 2 Flat-screen TVs (45' in living room). High speed internet plus Wifi.

Step outside the beautifully furnished unit and enjoy the many restaurants, and cultural attractions of Boston. Relax on our large roof garden with views of the State House, Charles River, and Boston Common.

Guestbook comments from the owner

What a great apartment --fabulous location. This is our first trip to Boston. We have loved it-despite the terrible weather! Fortunately, we walked the Freedom Trail on our only dry day, but being raining meant we enjoyed the splendors of Macy's for bargains and the amazing trip to the Prudential Center (we both worked for the UK Prudential for a total of 46 years) where we dined and drank in style on the 52nd floor with a somewhat misty but amazing view. We loved Paramount for breakfast and the Union Oyster Restaurant for fabulous clam chowder and corn bread. Thank you for being a great host. PS-With jet lag the bed was soooo comfy! Off now to do a new driving tour of New England for 10 days before taking the train down to Florida to our villa there. Best wishes.

Awesome stay!!!

  • 5 of 5
I recently stayed at Jonathan's beautiful condo, it is perfectly located in the middle of Boston. It was my first stay in the city and everywhere I wanted to visit was either in walking distance or a short cab ride away. The condo itself was very clean and had a beautiful rooftop deck. Jonathan was extremely nice in taking care of any questions we had, I even forgot something at the condo on checkout day and Jonathan made sure he personally went to the room and found it for me.

Boston without a car

  • 5 of 5
My daughter and I spent 3 nights in this great apartment. We found that a car was really not necessary. There is a restaurant and quick mart on the lower level of the building. We had dinner at the restaurant and picked up a few things at the mini mart. Everything else you might need to make your stay comfortable is provided. The building is clean and well taken care of and in a excellent location. We could walk one block down and cross the street and we were in the Boston Commons. The doormen were a plus, always there to greet you when you returned from your day of sight seeing. We especially loved the roof top deck. Pretty flower boxes, benches and a picnic table and ,absolutely fantastic views!
Jonathan was very easy to deal with. He was always prompt answering emails and provided all the information you would need to find the apartment and places to visit while you were in Boston.
We only wished we could have planned to stay longer. Jonathan, thank you for sharing this great apartment with us.

Great Apartment and Fabulous Location

  • 5 of 5
We arrived late after a long day from the UK and were delighted with the apartment, and werte greeted by the conceige with a friendly welcome.
The convenience store under the building was brilliant and we were able to grab a well earned bottle of wine and some nibbles
The location was fabulous. Opposite the Park to enable us to start our walk of the Freedom Trail...5 minute walk to Macys!!!, 2 minutes to the tube and literally minutes walk away from great eating places.
Jonathan was a great host, instantly replying to any questions both before and during our stay. We wouldnt hesitate in recommending this apartment...why on earth stay in a Hotel Room!!

Quaint retreat in the heart of Boston

  • 5 of 5
We are extremely pleased with the accommodations provided when we visited Boston. Your condo was perfectly located within walking distance of bars, restaurants, the Freedom Trail, and everything thing else Boston has to offer - directly across from Boston Commons, and the roof-top deck was a true bonus. It was a terrific, memorable vacation, and knowing that we had a nice, quiet, cozy place to regroup and relax every evening was comforting. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for visitors without a vehicle - we walked everywhere and only had to take the subway to visit the JFK Library. I would highly recommend your condo to those wanting to see Boston up close and personal -- as soon as our feet hit the pavement, we were immersed in history. Thank you for enhancing our stay in Boston. When we return, we hope to stay in this lovely condo again.
