The well appointed villa is on 1000 m2 of manicured gardens. The large living room with open fireplace leads you through French doors to the pool, terrace and gardens. A covered terrace leading from the fully fitted kitchen offers the perfect setting for outdoor dining. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The property has four bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms. Very comfortable and quite villa, excellent choice for families and those who discover the French Riviera region. Excellent location in private park, 10 minutes walk to a closest beach and center of Juan Les Pins. Spacious sleeping rooms and very large living room with fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend it for luxury vacation on Cap d’Antibes!

What a wonderful holiday we had staying in this stylish villa on Cap d'antibes!
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Michael the property manager.He gave us a full handover of the villa and assured us that should any problems arise he would be on call to sort them out.
The villa itself was imaculate and beautifully presented.The kitchen was fully equiped with Range cooker, coffee machiene and american style fridge freezer which contained a welcome bottle of champagne for us!
All the beds were comfortable and the towels and bedding of good quality.
Unexpected extras included a basket of toys which was perfect for my toddler and a fully stocked medicine cupboard!
The villa was perfectly situated on a peaceful private road just a short walk to the beach and Juan Les Pins town centre.
I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning in the summer!
