TWO STORY BEACH HOUSE RIGHT ON THE SAND WITH 500 SQ.FT PRIVATE TERRACE

We are just wrapping up a 4 night stay at this condo and wanted to put in a good word about it. Everything is just as pictured and described in the listing, though the incredible view & experience of the ocean from the bedroom is even more amazing than shown.

The beach access is incredible - just go out the terrace gate & though the one small dune & you're on it. No problem at all to set up there & go back to your unit for bathroom, drinks, whatever, since it's only 30 seconds away. As mentioned above, the view of the ocean from the bedroom is amazing. The top part of the floor to ceiling windows open, the sun rises right across the ocean & there's an amazing view of both from right in the bed (or the nice sitting area with the comfy yellow chairs).

The Castle Beach complex is interesting & has some nice amenities, especially the decent pool bar & the Russian & Turkish Baths (extra charge). We were too lazy to check out the gym & did not eat at the restaurant. The complex is, however, rather rundown, not nearly as up to date as the very clean & modern rental unit, but since we only cut through when going to the street that was not a problem. For a few days, the wing of the complex where this unit is had a strong and to us unpleasant aroma (cooking from other units perhaps?), which unfortunately filled the condo, though by opening the windows & door, the sea breeze quickly pushed that out. There's a selection of little shops in the basement which as handy for basic items (coffee, pastries, shampoo, etc...), as we did not have a car. There's a nail salon down there too though we did not try it out. We had more than enough space for the two of us, though sleeping for 6 is totally doable. We also noticed a few baby things which could be handy if traveling with a little one.

All communications & logistics related to the booking were handled in a timely, professional, and accommodating manner.

Overall, if you are looking for a beach/ocean getaway this could be a great place for you.
