Apartment w / living room, 2 bedrooms and1 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area and small balcony w / views of the sea and mountains., Living / leather sofa, 2 armchairs Louis XV, Sony LCD TV, cable TV, internet wi-fi, dining table w / 4 chairs, sideboard and coffee table. One bedroom w / a twin bed box (box spring) and a bi bed (traditional mattresses), wardrobe, bedside table and fan. 2nd bedroom w / double bed box (spring mattress, 2 bedside tables, alarm clock, wardrobe and fan. Windows of the two rooms w / blinds. Linens and towels are provided in sufficient quantity p / period of stay .. Kitchen remodeled in Nov 2011. Refrigerator stainless steel frost free (bought in Nov 2011), stainless steel hob 4 burner (bought in Nov 2011), microwave, blender, toaster, juicer and utensils (plate, cup, cutlery, pots, etc.).. Area w / clothes dryer and washing machine. Bathrooms w / box and double closet. across the cold floor apt. Condo Description From: The apartment is located in Barra da Ti

Property located in a great area of ??Barra da Tijuca. Beach and unpolluted area near the Park Ecological Reserve Marapendi. This 'piece' of Barra beach is beautiful and has no muvuca the region of condominiums and Av Pepe, but it has the infrastructure of kiosks on the beach, is The Condomío enters the mountains and the sea. Place quiet, cool and very beautiful. Less than 5 minutes from the World Bar, Rio Design Barra and Riocentro .. 10 minutes from Rio Water Planet, Maria Lenk Park and HSBC Arena. 10 minutes from Barra Shopping, Home Shopping and the Disneyland Hotel. These malls have great leisure facilities, restaurant, cinema and shops. The 10 minutes of the Outback. Near the site has excellent infrastructure with supermarkets (Prezunic and World are less than 5 minutes), gas stations, restaurants and cafes and plenty of public transport. Just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches Prainha (which also has a beautiful ecological park) and Macumba in Rio haven 20 minutes from Burle Marx is in Barra de Guaratiba where there are excellent seafood restaurants (a must for a program Sunday).
