An all year round luxury holiday rental, 2/3 bedroomed romantic apartment with beautiful large terrace. This apartment is has been constructed on the edge of a cliff, giving uninterrupted sea views, and complete privacy. The apartment is light and airy, and during the summer nights,all you can hear are the lapping of the waves beneath the terrace. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary design with marble floors and high quality furniture and fittings, and the communal pool has amazing views of the cliffs and the bay. This rental is luxurious in every aspect, and offers quality accommodation for couples, or families alike. The apartment is only 45 mins from Alicante, and only 5kms from Altea, with its old town full of amazing restaurants, and cobbled streets with artists galleries, and quaint shops. Altea, also has a clean beach and a buzzing promenade, without being too commercial.

This is 2 bedroomed light and airy apartment, with front line access to the sea. The apartment has marble floors throughout and luxurious fittings, and bespoke furniture. What makes this place special of course is the large terrace which offers space to dine al fresco whilst listening to the waves beneath the cliff. The terrace has been planted with jasmine, and lavender, which create a rich scent in the evening, and when all the candles are lit, it is a truly magical place to entertain. The property has an underground car parking space, and the communal area offers a well maintained pool, and sunbathing areas. The whole apartment has air conditioning to keep it cool in summer, and warm in winter. Although a car is a necessity, all the nearby facilities, are only a short drive away, and with a such a magnificent view at the apartment, you may decide to stay in anyway.

Nearby attractions are old Altea, beaches at Altea, Calpe. For divers, the cliffs opposite the apartment offer great diving with various caves. For golfers this area offers some fabulous golf courses, there are also great walks, and mountains to climb, for the more active. Altea town has great shops, and Benidorm is only a 20 mins drive away. There is also a marina, 5 mins down the road from the apartment, with great fish restaurants, and boats that can be rented out for the day. Although a car is necessary, the roads are easy to navigate, and all attractions are no further than 30 mins by car in either direction. The coastal road has tremendous views, altogether this area has a beautiful coast, which is not too over commercialised.

  • The deposit is 50% of the rental fee, if it is less than 8 weeks to your arrival, then the full fee will be payable. The price includes a welcome pack, Towels, and beach towels . prices above do not include half term or easter, please enquire for these prices. There is also an extra charge for final clean of 85 euros, to be paid with balance.
  • You will be met by our local agent on your arrival, to show you around the apartment, and to hand over the keys. at this time there is a cash damage deposit of £150, or 200 euros, which will be refunded on your departure if there are no damages.

  • Customers can pay in either euros, or sterling. payment methods are credit cards (supp of 2%), or bank transfer. if paying by sterling, cheques are accepted.

Had a great few days in the apartment at over the May bank holiday.

It took us about 40 mins from Alicante airport on the toll road. Lorna, the very friendly manager, met us at the toll booths in Altea and gave us a quick tour of the area and took us to the Supermarket as it was about to close for the weekend.

The view from the apartment is fantastic, the balcony has a beautiful cove below with a massive cliff going off into the distance. We ate most of our meals out there and spent most evenings watching the boats passing by as we demolished too much of the local vino!

The apartment is really nicely decorated with comfy sofas, TV with english channels and very comfy beds. The kitchen is very well equipped too.

It was very quiet whilst we were there, we had the pool area to ourselves most of the time and the private beach was deserted, great for snorkelling and the sea was even warmer than the pool.

There is a shop within walking distance and a swanky marina with some nice restaurants is about 10 mins stroll along the cliff top road. Altea has more places to eat and a better selection of restaurants, generally a bit cheaper, it's only about 5 minutes down the road in the car.

Had a really great time here, very tranquil and the views are awesome. Ideal for a getting away from it all type break.

Winter in Altea

For the first time my wife and I tried to live in Spain in the winter (jan-feb 2009). Our overall experience for the two month holiday was great.
The apartment, situated in the Mascarat area,is very fine and modern with lot of space and with beautiful furnitures. The terrace is great an very large. There is a very beautiful and dramatic view to the sea and the cliffs and you can constantly hear the waves against the small beach below and the cliffs. There is a very effective heat system in the apartment.
The sunrice welcomes you in the morning, through the bedroom terracedoor. The sun disappears from the terrace between two and three in the afternoon, a little to early in the winthermonths, I think.
We had a great service from the local contactpersons about keys, small problems an so on.
The nature is very beautiful with lot of mountains and charming cities, such as Altea and Calpe. There are great possibilities for walking in the Mascarat area if you are in good condition, but you also need a car, when you live in this area.

A touch of luxury, wonderful view.

The apartment is large, modern, luxurious, tastefully decorated (new since Feb 2008) very secure with the most fantastic view of the rock and turquoise Mediterranean. The terrace is very large and has everything required for dining out from dawn to dusk. We watched the birds, boats, divers and occasional rock climber. The situation of the apartment has great de-stressing qualities with the peace and quiet (we went in April). Waking to the fantastic view and hearing the lovely sound of the waves lapping against the rocks was so relaxing. The electric shutters in the rooms are great for keeping out the light. I had a good nights sleep. The pool area was lovely and clean. A 15 minute walk takes you down to the marina with good quality restaurants. We managed to get out and about by using a taxi into the old part of Altea then the local buses. We certainly plan to go back but would probably hire a car next time.

Das Appartment ist sehr modern, wunderschön , sauber, mit allem Komfort und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Eine Ferienwohnung wie man es sich wünscht. Unser Urlaub bestand tatsächlich ausschließlich aus Schnorcheln in der Bucht unter der Wohnung, Relaxen am super sauberen Pool oder in Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Die umliegenden Orte sind leicht zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Steht aber immer kühl in der Tiefgarage. Am schönsten fanden wir Calpe, dort kann man gut einkaufen, super und günstig Essen und wenn man denn möchte am Abend ausgehen. Aber bei der Terrasse an unserer Ferienwohnung haben wir keinen Wunsch danach verspürt.
Die Terrasse, die am Tag und bei Nacht immer wieder neue Ausblicke auf das Meer , den Himmel und die Felsen bot ist kaum zu beschreiben. Das ständige rauschen und plätschern des Wassers war das einzige Nebengeräusch in dieser Anlage und das haben wir 14 Tage lang genossen. Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen für einen garantiert erholsamen Urlaub.
