We have the good fortune of living between two historic seaports...Portsmouth, NH and Newburyport, MA, and are able to offer all the tourist attractions that accompany an oceanside location. In addition, the location is a one hour car ride from both Boston, MA and Portland, ME. We believe this area will offer visitors the best of everything there is.
