Recently acquired and fully renovated, this property was designed as a private get-away and exclusive vacation rental. No expense was spared in the fit, finish, and furnishings of this property designed by Waterlilly Interiors. From fully stocked custom kitchen and bar, spacious great-room, LED flat-panel displays, private hot tub, outdoor BBQ, and extensive sleeping quarters - this property has it all. The main living area has two Master Bedrooms, each with King mattress and en-suite bathroom. There is also a loft, accessed by ships ladder with a Queen bed. The bathrooms boast custom tile heated floor and granite counters - one with walk-in shower and shower/tub in the other.

The entry-level has a large bunk room with one full and three twin beds. This space also includes a large LED display for entertainment. Private garage with heated boot locker, ski & board racks, and room for a full sized SUV

Deer Valley offers Door-to-door shuttle service on both a scheduled and on-demand basis from this property to Snow Park Lodge and the St. Regis hotel.

For a remarkable five years running, Deer Valley has been named the #1 ski resort in North America by the readers of SKI Magazine including 2012. Within a ten minute radius, we have access to the finest ski resorts, dining, shopping, and nearly every recreational activity one could imagine.

We chose the location of our property near Snow Park Lodge because of its easy proximity to resort, town, and nearly door-to-door highway driving from SLC. Deer Vally is a short walk, door-to-door shuttle, or drive from the house. Park City Resort and Canyons are also an easy shuttle or drive. Sometimes, we drive to Alta, Solitude, and Snowbird in search of late season powder in less than 45 minutes.

The quite setting in a residential neighborhood away from a major thoroughfare also makes it a great place to relax with friends and family without the city noises you left behind at home. This is truly a special place.

After having tried 8 previous condos, at multiple ski resorts, including 2 prior condos at Deer Valley, I believe I have found THE place to stay in Deer Valley. My wife and I, along with another couple, just spent 5 nights at this wonderfully remodeled townhouse. All the features of home, along with comfort, warmth and convenience are incorporated in this unit. The owners are prompt in responding to any questions and have chosen a unit on the free shuttle route to the base of Deer Valley. In addition, the unit is a 5 minute walk to the free town bus (runs until midnight) that takes you to Main Street (Park City) and the dozens if restaurants and galleries. If the weather is being unreasonable, a call to Citiride (taxi service) will provide door to door service in town, for $12 each way..with very pleasant drivers who know their way around town. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Deer Valley, and we and our friends are already looking at our winter calendar to plan our next stay here.
