Terrific vacation house

I rented this house for my husband's birthday celebration and invited some of this friends. We were 10 in all, and the house accommodated us beautifully and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I chose this place based on size, number of bedrooms, the pool, the reviews of prior visitors, and, to be honest, the look of the master bathroom. We were not disappointed. As prior reviews have stated, the house was immaculate--no dirt, no dust. There were extra clean sheets for every bed and extra towels conveniently located in the closets of each bedroom. The kitchen was not simply well stocked with basic utensils and supplies but even had an immersion blender, pans for baking, large serving bowls for salads, etc. And the master bathroom and walk-in closet did not disappoint...we agreed that if we ever hit the jackpot, we'll build one just like it! The kids enjoyed the unheated pool during the day, and the adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub (we were happily surprised to find pool towels in the laundry room for our use). At night we ate grilled dinners under the gazebo by the pool at the table that accommodated all of us easily. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. There was ample parking on the street, in the driveway, and in the garage. We had one question on the first night and called the owners, who picked up immediately and answered the question easily (about how to turn on the hot tub). We did go to The Strip one evening, but mainly we were there to enjoy hiking in the Red Rock Canyon area and around Lake Mead. Red Rock, in particular, was spectacular! I would unreservedly recommend this home to my friends if they have transportation and want to be near Las Vegas but not on The Strip. We hope to have the chance to stay here again some day.
