House beautiful, architecture all in brick masonry to view Itauba wood and Plexiglass windows, very well located in front of the Ibiraquera beach, overlooking the sea on land of 1200 m2 super booked in the woods atlantica.

It is located in the northern corner of the beach and this Ibiraquera south beach Light Vc can this 15 minutes walking through native forest to tilha in Praia do Rosa, belissimo visual beaches.

The beach Ibiraquera and very popular for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, Standup paddle and surf. Club Kauli Seadi tbm provides the utilization of the tennis court at no cost to the guest.

The house consists eh:

Ground floor: lounge c sofas, TV, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, veranda.

Second floor: Mezzanine lounge with balcony, master suite with Jacuzi, bathroom with two showers and two sinks p greater comfort, air conditioning.
