The ultimate beach house!

From the outside this house looks like it belongs to the Cape -- it should -- it's been there for a hundred years. The inside is a completely different story. The owner has done wonderful things to it. The listing and pictures don't do it justice. (That mini sized refrigerator is a wine cooler! ) Every room has been furnished and decorated for maximum comfort and pleasure. We never tired of watching the parade of boats going in and out from Hyannis harbor: ferries, tourist boats, fishing boats, and the occasional freighter. We can only echo what Nancy F. said about the owner -- Cliff makes everything easy.

We rented it for two weeks this year, and are already planning to come back next year. Warning: this place may be habit-forming!"

This house was a perfect place for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 boys ranging in age from 5-12. The house is very well appointed (think Pottery Barn meets Restoration Hardware), but retains it's 100 year old charm and real comfort. The beach in front of the house was great for gathering shells, playing in the bay and kyaking/paddleboarding. For good boogie board waves we drove to Nauset Beach We loved walking to Hyannis on the beach and the central West Yarmouth location. We had easy access to Woods Hole, beaches, the Rail Tail and more. To cap it all, Cliff was a pleasure. He clearly cares a lot about this house and wants his renters to have a good experience. He contacted us as soon as he found out the last renters were running low on grill propane, and quickly resolved the problem. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
