If it is peace, tranquility, fabulous views, ultimate comfort and fun you want, then this 6 bed villa is it. Recently furbished, Casa Suzie offers a comfortable home from home for up to 14 people. The huge lounge has comfortable sofas and easy chairs that face onto the pool area allowing children to be viewed easily as a safety factor. Another area from which children can be clearly seen in the pool, is the elevated sun bathing area which is beautifully breezy and affords magnificent views all over the countryside. Four of the bedrooms are en-suite, & bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by their own bathroom. Bedroom 6 is totally self contained as a studio with it's own en-suite, kitchenette, complete with fridge, cooking facilities, own sofa, TV (with SKY box), and stereo. To the sides of the villa are nicely lawned areas and a purpose built gazebo housing a Jacuzzi Bath for guest's use. Casa Suzie is situated just outside Silves in a peaceful and tranquil area off the main road. The town of Silves is a mere few minutes drive away where there are a number of interesting buildings to see and tour, including the huge castle. There are many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes in the area too. Whilst the villa is very private and off the main road, there is still very easy access to get to the N125 or A22 (the east/west Algarve motorway), and all the attractions such as Aqualand, Zoomarine, Slide & Splash, and several 18 hole championship golf courses, are within easy reach when driving. A lovely little restaurant/bar is situated just 500 metres away from Casa Suzie and the food is of very high quality and easy on the pocket.

  • Please note that above rates are based on 12 persons occupying. 11th and 12th persons will attract a small additional charge of £50 per week per person. (Babies counted as 1 person). During the winter the weekly rate of £500 is based on 4 people in the main villa. Electricity for heating and logs for fire charged as an extra.
    Air conditioning is included in the pricing. There are absolutely no additional charges other than above.
    25% deposit is required to seal the booking. Balance plus a Breakages and Damages deposit of £200 will be required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival.

Notes: The huge lounge overlooks the pool area which is directly in front, therefore making the supervision of children in the pool easy whilst sheltering from the hot sun. The lounge has SKY channels (Free sat) and a DVD/Video player and Sony stereo mini system is available for entertainment. The kitchen is supplied with everything the present owners could think of to ensure a comfortable stay at Casa Suzie. The 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite, are beautifully decorated and have quality furniture supplied for your comfort. Bedroom 6 is by itself as a studio and anyone wishing a bit of privacy within a big party, would benefit from this as there are cooking facilities with fridge, TV, (with own SKY box), sofa, en-suite bathroom and only metres away from the main villa and swimming pool. The Views: The strength of this villa is undoubtedly it's peaceful surroundings in total privacy, and not being overlooked by anything or anyone. This beautiful individually designed villa is set by itself off the main road with surrounding mature foliage, offering 100% privacy and a good degree of safety for children as little traffic passes here.

Things To Do: A car hire is highly recommended and Silves Town is only a 3 min drive away where the castle can be toured and a number of other areas of interest can be viewed. There are a whole host of restaurants and bars in Silves and if this is not lively enough for you, Carvoeiro or Portimao are just down the road approx 15 & 20 mins drive respectively. Zoomarine and Aqualand splash parks are also approx 20 mins drive away, with Slide & Splash a mere 10 mins drive. Several golf courses are in the area including the new, huge Oceanica near Silves just down the road. A fabulous little restaurant and bar is open throughout the week just 500 metres from Casa Suzie.
