I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation at your cabin/house. Everything was exactly how you described it. Clean and well maintained. Each time I had a question you were quick to responde by e-mail. I would recommend this property to anyone especially large groups. We have 13 people and each person had a bed to sleep in and some had private rooms. The house had everything you could imagine in it, crockpots, many, many plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, many towels, extra sheets and blankets..we needed nothing even with 13 people. The hundreds of DVD's and VHS were great and the TV's in every room were great for those who needed to get away, from the crowd. There were so many things to do in the area..even in the dead of winter, old battle grounds, Monte Ne, shopping, movies, antiques, more shopping. Thanks for the book that listed all the attractions. Only minutes from grocery, gas and anything else we needed. We drove into Eureka Springs only 45miles away and there we did more shopping and site seeing...the old Cresent Hotel, natural springs, and Turpentine Creek large cat reserve..lions, tigers and bears... oh my. The fire place was awesome, we had a fire every day and night. We even made friends with one of your neighbors down the road and he came over and brought us more information on Monte Ne and shared more pictures of it, and we did fire works on the lake with him on New Years Eve. Thanks again for a wonderful rental and we will definitly recommend this place to all. The Richardsons
