Duplex apartment located in the old part of town. Brand new and totally furnished, its hidden in the middle of the typical dalmatian street. Just 2 minutes from the center of Split. 200m from the sea. An apartment for the perfect holiday. On the ground floor there is open kitchen and dining area which can accommodate 6 people.The fully fitted kitchen provides all the facilities you may need if you just want to make a cup of tea, or if you want to prepare a gourmet meal. On the first floor there is a one double bedroom,one twin bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six persons, feeling at home away from home.

Nearest Airport: Split Airport at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 700.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
Split harbour, railway and bus terminal are located close to city center (15 min walking from the apartment). Split is an important Croatian port. Ferries operate regularly between Split and the central Dalmatian islands, as well as to Ancona in Italy. Ship connections are also established with Pula, Venice, Dubrovnik and Greece. The airport of Split is 25km from the apartment. Split's main beach is Bacvice (1 km from the apartment), mostly sandy beach famous of 'Picigin' game, a game played with a small ball in shallow water. It is urban, central city beach. The beach has lifeguards, life-saving equipment, first-aid, facilities for disabled, renting facilities (beach is suitable for children, deck chairs are available on the beach, parasols are available on the beach) catering facilities, showers, lockers, recyclable waste facilities, parking lot. Bacvice is backed by a number of restaurants, café bars and nightclubs all lined up and easy to walk to .Beach holds a blue flag.

    We request a refundable 100 euros deposit against damage.

I stayed at this apartment for 6 months over winter whilst in Croatia on business and I loved it! If it's suitable for a single person for 6 months it's more than adequate for firends or a small family for a week or 2.The apartment is well presented, clean and modern. Washing Machine, Dish Washer, good size fridge and freezer and well equiped. Quiet friendly neighbours. The apartment is in a very old and beautiful part of Split and the Palace is minutes away on foot (5mins if that). The owners are really friendly and very kind and will help you. Cannot recommend it enough and it will certainly give you a flavour of real life in Split. Some excellent restuarants nearby in Sperun and taking coffee on the Riva has to be done. The apartment is also at the foot of the Marjan Hill which a must visit! Loved it!
