This luxurious 3 Bedroom beach house is among our most desirable homes. This home was just rebuilt and is only a year old. It's has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people. It also has 2 brand new bathrooms with claw tubs. This house is beautifully decorated with fine furniture & is the most comfortable, serene place to be. This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. Has central Air and hugh out door shower, large deck with large barbecue. The kitchen is so beautiful, a true chefs kitchen. The vineyards and farm stands are less than a mile away. There's a five star restaurant called La Plage only steps away and this home is surrounded by the ocean and natural reserve. It's a great beach town community. It's also only 5 minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, East Wind Day Spa, Vineyeards, Atlantis Marine World, Splish Splash water park, numerous farm stands, Long Island Skydive, and so much more. It is only 30 minutes away from the Hamptons, Montauk, and Fire Island and Islip airport.

Hi my name is Ginnie and my partner Debbie and I started renting our beach house a couple of years ago, we absolutely love it and love meeting all the great people from all over the world. Everyone that has stayed here left feelings like a new person. It is so tranquil and calming here, people come just to meditate. What a wonderful place! We love it here!

Our Beach Houses are the perfect getaway destinations. Being able to relax on the beach while remaining close to all the action is ideal for any vacation. All our homes are only minutes away from Long Island's Vineyards, East Wind Spa & long Islands famous farm stands or Atlantis Marine World, Tanger Outlet Mall, Skydiving, and much more. If you have the urge to go to the Hamptons or Montauk, you can easily do so. One straight road will take you to both destinations within 25 minutes. If experiencing New York City is what you'd like to do, it's only an hour and a half away. Being able to see it all is what makes our Long Island Beach Houses the perfect getaway.

We are known for being #1 Bachelorette party or all girls weekend getaway as well as family reunions and weekend getaways because we are only 1 1/2 hr from NYC.If you are having a wedding out east this is the perfect place to house your guests.
