Great vacation house!
My grandparents and I chose this house to stay in while we vacationed in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. It was an amazing stay, very roomy and cozy inside. I enjoyed especially the fact that it wasn't too far from the beach, and as well not too far from the town. It's in a very nice and peaceful area. I love the view from each window, every one has something different to see! We saw 30 ibis from the back bedroom window! It's also such a beautiful set-up inside. We liked the beach cart with umbrella and chairs. I would love to stay here again if I ever do come back to Fort Myers Beach.

Owner's Response: Dear Lonnie, I want to thank you for your wonderful review, even though you had to put up with hurricane Issac. I tried to contact your grandparents by phone at least 6 times, but their mailbox was full and I was unsuccessful. Fortunately the hurricane shutters worked and there was no damage to you or the cottage. That is the second hurricane the cottage has been through with no damage to either the occupants or the home, because it was built to really stringent South Florida hurricane standards. I feel horrible that the storm hit right after your arrival, but it doesn't appear to have interfeared with your vacation.
