Our vacation retreat is located on the island of Nantucket which is surrounded by lush beaches, ready and waiting for you to either meander along for picking up sea shells or for relaxing by the sea shore. If you are a little more adventurous try surfing, kayaking, deep sea fishing. Nantucket has so much to offer. The beautiful mix of hydrangea along the drive will welcome you with a burst of lush color. The Front porch is a treat in itself with chairs to lounge in while watching the butterflies and birds fly by or enjoying a cool cocktail. When you enter the home the first thing that will catch your breath, is the cathedral ceiling, they welcome in light which draws you into the comfortable living room. The kitchen is right off the living room, which is stocked with new dishes, and cook ware. We have supplied the most important items needed to a relaxing vacation a blender and an island phone book, you will want to make reservations at some of the local restaurants. So many delightful restaurants to choose from that you will want to come back to visit them all. Off the kitchen is a laundry closet and hallway leading you into a bedroom, which is light and airy to fit the island style, bare foot and at the beach. The bathroom is at the end of the hallway, it includes a closet, shower stall and vanity, a perfect place to get ready for a stroll through the cobblestone streets of town. You will then head back through the home to head to the second floor. At the landing you will turn right into the master bedroom, freshly painted this spring, it is furnished with a king size bed wonderful to curl up on when nobody is looking to read a good book or to sleep in, also provided with new linens and pillows. There is a connecting full bath and shower, New towels. You can enter this bath either through the master bedroom or the hallway. Follow the hall and it will lead you into another sweet room with two twin beds, freshly painted and new beds and linens. It has light and breezy curtains and a summer blue color scheme.
