Notes

• The weeks starting 30/03 Easter, 21/12 Christmas, 28/12 New Year will be considered Middle Season.
  Security Deposit: euros 1000 (to be returned at the check out time).
  
  Extra Costs: euros 200 of final cleaning, bed linen and towels (1 change per week), housekeeping
  (3 hours per 2 times per week), electric consumptions including air conditioning up to 300 kwhs and
  internet connection.
  
  Parking Space available on request.
  Euro 15 per day (Car)
  Euro 20 per day (Minivan)
• PAYMENT POLICY CONDITIONS:
  30% of the total balance at the booking;
  70% of the total balance 6 weeks before arrival.
  For booking made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the client has to pay the total balance at the booking.
