Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit, built in 2001 and renovated in 2011 with new carpet, paint and linens. It offers stunning views of the water from the second floor, so not many stairs to deal with. The unit is in the last building, closest to the water and the community fishing pier.

Enjoy viewing the birds and dolphins from the main living area, the master suite and the balcony. The beautiful sandy beach is just steps away, across the street. Use the beach buggy to transport all your beach supplies and relax on the uncrowded beach. The area has only privately owned units so the beach is always less crowded. Great for long walks, jogging, swimming, or just chilling.

The unit is wonderfully decorated and includes all the features of home, including a washer and dryer. The views are great as there are windows all along the back overlooking the mangroves and the Inter-coastal. The unit is very private as the balcony cannot be seen from any other unit. The location at the end of the property makes it very quiet with the best water views.

The community is located in the middle of the county, so it is convenient to everything. Great restaurants abound in the area. Dogs to 40 lbs. allowed and a crate is available.

About The Owner

As a lifelong resident of West Florida, I love the outdoors and the water. Boating, fishing and hanging on the beach are great ways to relax.

Why The Owner chose Indian Shores

The beaches of Indian Shores are beautiful, wide and uncrowded. The Narrows is a the way a beach community should be, with a 2 lane road, no hotels, but plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

What makes this condo unique

The unit overlooks the Inter-coastal Waterway and is very close to the beach (5 minute walk). We enjoy watching the birds hunting, the dolphins playing and the serenity of the water in general. There are some terrific restaurants within a few miles of us, and shopping on the mainland is convenient as well. Lots of activities are in close proximity.

The apartment was even better then expected with how organized everything was - from finding restaurants, to connecting to the internet to finding everything we needed to have fun at the beach!

Owners have laid everything out to make it as enjoyable and everything is in walking or a short drive away! We will definitely consider going back!

Beautiful Condo

We had 6 weeks staying in this wonderful condo. The location is perfect for all the attractions in this area.
From Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach the restaurants, so many, had a good variety of foods. We highly recommend Guppies and Island Way. The condo is as you see in the pictures, very clean and nicely decorated. We would like to come back next year if possible.

Condo was an excellent choice. It's a small complex and the unit was furnished with everything you could possible want . The furnishings were immaculate. The garage was great and had everything there for the beach as well as fishing gere for the pier out back. We will definitely go back.

Loved our stay at this condo. Bruce was wonderful to work with. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. The condo is very centrally located to all the wonderful resturants and I recommend any of them. We went once a week to the french bakery for croissants. The condo itself is very clean and well furnished with all the items necessary for a comfortable stay including the tools necessary for cooking a meal. I would recommend this unit to any age group with the warning that it is on the second floor so one should be physically able to climb stairs to use this condo. The beach is indeed across the street, not visible, but easily accessible by walking about one block north to a beach crossover. You do get a good view of the intercoastal though. We stayed for one month and were very happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Bruce was a jewel to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The condo is very large and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you need to be able to cook a meal. The central location was ideal for the area resturants and is only 3 miles from the nearest large supermarket. We enjoyed eating at The Pub, Salt Rock Grill, TJ's Oyster Bar, and others that I can't remember. We stopped once a week at the french bakery just north of the condo for fresh croissants. We were able to walk on the beach almost every day. It is just accross the street, but you have to go up one block to get to a beach crosssover. I would recommend this unit to any age group although it is on the second floor and one would need to be able to climb stairs to get to the unit.
