Spacious sun filled contemporary home located on a quiet private street,a 10 minute walk to town center, Inkwell Beach and harborfront,

The first level features a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, prep counter with range top. and breakfast nook, there is a comfortable living area adjacent to the kitchen and both of these areas open onto the expansive private deck. In addition there is a formal dining room on this level and the master bedroom suite with full bath and TV.

The 2nd level hosts a Tv/family room in a loft setting. On either side of the Tv/family room is an addtional guest bedroom each with a bath. andnbsp;

The property features a private tennis court set in a gorgeus area of the yard ( see photos). there is a large private deck for your relaxation and outdoor dining. Steps lead from the deck across the yard to the tennis courst.

The gracious host for this wonderful property lives in a home next door. andnbsp;The owner greets you when you arrive to answer any questions you may have, andnbsp;your privacy is maintained there after.andnbsp;
