Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bath and flat screen TV. Additional living spaces include a media room with all leather seating, professional pool table and entertainment area which include refrigerator and wine cooler. The final features not to be overlooked is the third floor sun/entertainment room with French doors opening to two decks. Gorgeous views across the harbor from either deck. The sun room has a flat screen TV, comfortable seating and wet bar. House is equipped with A/C and wifi internet. 2 car parking.
