Contemporary home set on a quiet hilltop offers families a chance to kick back and enjoy a slower pace. This beautifully maintained home boasts two living spaces -TV/family room on the entry level and a sun filled open concept living, kitchen and dining area on the 2nd level. Each of these rooms opens to the 2nd level deck with outdoor dining area overlooking the large nicely landscaped yard and beautiful views beyond.andnbsp;

Sleeping spaces include the Master Bedroom ensuite on the third level, with TV, private deck and gorgeous views (this room is accessed by a spiral stairway). Two additional guest bedrooms are located on the entry level and each shares a full bath.: andnbsp;See bed sizes for each room listed in property features.andnbsp;

Additional features: Beautifully landscaped yard, Internet service, Gas Grill, 2 TV's, Closed in Outside Shower

Fabulous Beaches just a short distance from the house include, Philbin Beach a south facing ocean beach and Lobsterville Beach on the North Shore a favorite for those with young children (limited parking). andnbsp;Enjoyed by visitors is the two minute bike ferry trip (do not need a bike) from Lobsterville across the inlet to the fishing village of Menemsha, here visitors will find great take out restaurants, enjoy the fresh lobsters cooked to go from fish markets dockside , ice cream, coffee shop, andnbsp;and a small but well supplied country market. andnbsp;Bike ferry has specific hours or operation, check the schedule to be sure you make the trip back to the Aquinnah side of the inlet.
