Fabulous post and beam family summer home.  Located on the Vineyard Haven side of the lagoon, on a very quiet and private lane.  This property is a short walk or bike ride to town center. The interior features large open kitchen living and dining areas and one bedroom on the living level.  Four additional bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. Master bedroom has private bath and deck overlooking the lagoon.  A large wrap around deck with views of the lagoon allows for additional space to just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.  Kayaking is a favorite past time on the lagoon.  Kayak rentals nearby can be dropped off for weekly rentals or rented daily by just walking to Island Water Sports a short distance from the house. Owner welcomes extended families. If the number in your party includes a couple of extra little people owner will consider exceeding the stated occupancy limit on a case by case basis.
