This property has it all: Owner's tennis court with 2 basketball hoops, large playing field, large outdoor hot tub on deck, calm water swimming on the pond and private ocean beach (accessible by boat rental only). Bike from the property's own paths onto miles of wooded conservation trails that connect to the paved bike path just two miles from Edgartown. On the first floor there is a separate childrens' family room with an adjoining bedroom suite.
