A new 2 bed 2 bath 1st floor apartment on a beautiful small complex with mature gardens. Large swimming pool, small jacuzzi pool and tennis courts. The complex has been designed in a Moorish style with lovely detail, arches, domes and turrets. The apartment is just 3 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants that Calahonda has to offer Only 8 minutes drive from both Marbella and Fuengirola. There are 3 supermarkets within a very short walk. Everything is on your doorstep a Car is not needed. Bus stops, taxi rank and car hire are all across the road. It is a fantastic location from which to discover costa del sol, yet quiet enough just to relax and kick back. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday. It is just a short 3 minute walk to Calahonda beach this is literally on your doorstep. Just walk 10 minutes in the Marbella direction and you will come upon the beautiful beach and lovely port of Cabopino.

Calahonda is right in the heart of the Costa Del Sol. Just 8 minutes drive from Marbella and Fuengirola. It is perfectly positioned for exploring the coast. Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Porta Banus, San Pedro, Estepona all no more than a short drive away. A car is not needed in this apartment as you are across the road from the bus stop and taxi rank. But if you wish to hire a car a car rental is across the road also. 3 minutes walk to the beach of Calahonda, and all the bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are also across the road. Cabopino port is 12-15 walk along the coast with its lovely beach and bars. The beautiful old town of Marbella with its winding alley ways and famous orange square is just 10 minutes away. Walk out of the old town into the eclectic mixture of shops, ranging from the designer to tourist nik naks. The large shopping mall La Canada is also just 8 minutes away along with the shops there is also cinemas, bowling, bars & restaurants.

Golfing holidays: I'm sure you have heard that this area is known as the Costa del Golf. They are not lying. Costa Del Sol is famous for its variety of golf courses on offer. Something for every level spread out from Malaga right to the opposite end of Estapona. None of them more than a 30 minute drive, and some directly on your doorstep.

Sailing: There is a choice of 3 great ports within a 10 minute drive from each other. Cabopino which is nearest, Porto deportivo in the heart of Marbella, and the famous Puerto Banus all of them offering sailing trips. There are many more ports along the coast if you want to travel a little further Benalmadena, Fuengirolla to mention just 2.

Gay scene: Just a 12-15 minute walk along the coast from the apartment is one of the largest gay & naturist beaches in Europe. Las Dunas is renowned for its summer solstice celebrations when hundreds of people attend the bonfire parties. There is a lovely beach front bar (cherinquito) right in the heart of the beach packed in the summer months and closed during winter.

Myself and my family have just returned from a long weekend in this fabulous apartment. Everything is literally on your doorstep, good restaurants, bars and shops. Just a minutes walk with no need for a car. You can walk within 1 minute to El Zoco or within 2 mins to the strip. The apartment is bright and modern with a very clean cut appearance. This would suit families or singles alike. A fantastic pool with surrounding gardens ideal for the sunworshippers! You will find it very hard to find another apartment as centrally located and as good as this. We will be returning very soon. Julie, Paul & family

A gem of an apartment in a quiet retreat.

What can I say? This apartment is lovely! It is spacious, decorated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. It is bright, modern and airy with the sun shining on the balcony all day long (a big balcony at that). The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms have good quality modern sanitary ware…to hotel standard.

Bettina met us at the apartment and showed us around, she really made us feel very welcome and we felt at home straight away.

The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is clean. The whole complex was very quiet (late September) and we had a very relaxing week.

There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby but my advice would be to take a short walk along the beech to Cabopino as the restaurants are much nicer there.

There is a new supermarket just up the road from the apartment where you can buy English as well as Spanish produce.

Should I return to the area I would stay at this apartment again as it is simply splendid…thanks Bettina!

Stayed over Christmas / New Year 2008 /2009. Great location with supermarket / restaurants / bars / beach / pool all close by. Clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished spacious apartment. Very good value for money.

Great Apartment - Great Location !!

What a beautiful and well equipped modern apartment.
We had a lovely week in the apartment, which is a few steps away from a lovely garden and pool area. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but we spent most evenings relaxing on the roomy bacony with a bottle of wine.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone, as both the apartment and location suits all age groups. In fact, we have booked to go again next year. See you next summer Bettina - we can't wait !!
