The Shamrock House is an elegant harborfront residence, designed by one of Boston's most illustrious architects in the traditional Sea Captain's grandeur. The house offers spectacular waterviews from porches, patio area and many rooms in the house of one of New England's most picturesque Harbors across to the storied island of Chappaquiddick.

The main living area begins with a lovely foyer welcoming all into the great room and dining area with french doors opening to the porch with captivating views across the pristine yard to the harborfront.andnbsp;

A spacious Chef's kitchen features a breakfast/lunch nook, stainless steel appliances and butcher block prep island.andnbsp;

There are four bedrooms all with private baths. The very large master suite on the 2nd level opens to a private deck with breathtaking views, and includes a sitting and office area. Two additional guest bedrooms complete the 2nd level.

The fourth bedroom on the lower level is part of a separate living area, with family room, small kitchenette, sleeping room and bath with shower. This level has a private entrance from the patio area but can be accessed from the inside the house as well.
