PRETTY COMFORTABLE 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT. 1st letting May 2008 after complete renovation & renewal of floors,doors, & reconstruction of kitchen, bathroom & separate toilet.. The windows have been renewed with double-glazed units. Before our purchase of this flat in 1974 we picked what we considered the best position in Benidorm & bought in the sea front building at this point. For years we have had very happy summer holidays with our 3 children in this ideally situated & happy flat. It is so close to the sea that you can leave in bathing costumes & flip-flops to cross the safe pedestrianized sea-front & sit on the beach in view of the balcony. It is in a 4 storey block with a comfortable balcony overlooking a main pedestrian street with tables & chairs from the cafes either side providing interest by street entertainers & musicians in the evenings & a good view of processions on Carnival days. Arrival & Departure Days: On arrival & departure days we normally require the flat to be vacant between 11 am & 2 pm for cleaning & renewing of linen.

Firstly Pilar could not have made booking, arriving and using the facilities any easier, fantastic communication, always happy to help, and this continued during and after our stay! Tugar is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, old and new town and best of all the beach on the door step. The apartment was excellent it met and exceeded all of our needs.
It is maintained to a super standard and was spotlessly clean on arrival, all of the homely essentials were there for us to use which was perfect with two young children. With a lift to apartment door and the use of stairs, it's easily accessible by all. The friendly service from Pilar made sure all questions were answered and the apartment really felt home from home. A beautiful apartment that is a must visit, fantastic service, helpful friendly localls, anybody visiting Benidorm would be pleased with this choice!! LOVELY FAMILY ACCOMMODATION

We have stayed in Benidorm at least twice a year for the past 8 years and have a few choice places we usually stay dependent on the month of the year we go, we decided to try a new place due to taking our grand children, we discovered the apartment on line and took a chance, we were very well surprised, the apartment is so clean, modern, and ready to use as if you have lived here for years, everyone fits in and all facilities are at hand, the location is excellent and the apartment block is very safe and well maintained, we were met by Pilar & Ian who showed us around the apartment, explaining how everything works and even putting milk, sugar and basic essentials in the fridge for our arrival, we really appreciated the nice little details, thank you both, we will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family

THE PERFECT LOCATION

Our third stay in the apartment now and it feels like our own little holiday home. As always everywhere was immaculately clean and Ian & Pilar now feel like friends who are always eager to please and go out of there way to ensure you are happy with everything. We love staying in the old town in our opinion it is the best location to stay in Benidorm, close enough to enjoy the night life without being in the middle of it. The bars and restaurants in the old town are fantastic and offer very good value.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone and I am sure we will be back again to enjoy yet another fantastic stay, Thank you Ian & Pilar.

A WONDERFUL APARTMENT

This apartment was just perfect for us - Husband, Mum and myself. The lift to the 3rd floor was welcomed as we needed to get access with a wheelchair. It is close to everything that you would need and sitting on the Balcony watching the world go by is very entertaining. It has a lively feel to it from the street below and this suited us. you can see the sea and it is a sun trap in the mornings.

It is well equipped and maintained to a high standard. It is very clean with nice big bedrooms.. and the extra toilet was great! The owners are very welcoming and were fantastic support when I had to change the week due to work commitments.

With lots of good shops and places to eat or buy food we were very settled.

I would recommend this apartment but I am reluctant to do so as I want it for myself!! However I cannot be selfish so if I must.... OK... you wont be disappointed if you book this apartment.

Once again lovely holiday in our home from home 4th time Ian and Pilar make you so welcome and are always on hand to help you if need be we love the Hustle & Bastle of the street below there is always something to look at the staff at all shops and cafe's in street are very nice. The noise does not bother us at all it is a lovely at mosphere We'll be back!.

GOOD APARTMENT

Just returned from a week in this apartment. It is in a fab position but can be noisy in the early hours when the cafes are putting away the tables and chairs. Could do with full length mirrors in all bedrooms and several more decent towels. I would suggest at least two bath sheets and one hand towel per person. Maybe all the same to add a bit of class. Ian and Pilar are very welcoming and keep the apartment weel maintained. Will definately return

Owner's Response: Actually if you close both the double glazed windows you have quadruple glazing with a large air gap in between which shuts out all sound. Please ask if you need more towels (or anything!) We also supply beach towels routinely.

Notes:
Newly refurbished with tiled flooring throughout. Very clean and comfortable flat within immediate reach of beach and town centre. New lift from downstairs tiled patio suitable for push-chairs. Secure 24hr. monitored parking is available 5 minutes walk from the apartment at an extra cost. Recently connected to Astra 1 satellite which receives 4 English speaking News Channels;including BBC World Service, but not UK regulars (BBC1, ITV, etc.) You can see the building on the Levante Beach. It is the 3/4 storey red-brick building to the R (E) of the 7/8 storey Hotel Selomar recognizable by the blue netting covering it at present for reforms. We were asked recently if we would allow a very small sweet dog and we had to say sorry, no animal pets no matter how sweet they are! Also you can't smoke in the flat, but, if you must, you can on the balcony!
