Super clean Venice condos: two units available! These light bright second floor unit faces south west and enjoys lovely breezes and spectacular sunsets from the Gulf of Mexico, just a few blocks away!

There are two bedrooms, one full bath, open living/dining area, kitchen and screened lanai...Includes a fully equipped kitchen and stack washer/dryer in unit, two tvs, dvd player, WIFI internet access (bring your laptop), central AC, ceiling fans, all new ceramic tiled floors or carpeting....all linens and towels are included.

The location of this friendly condo complex is ideal for beaching, golfing, fishing, biking, walking, shopping or simply relaxing on beautiful Venice Island! Pet friendly...one small dog considered (25lbs max). All rates include tax.

Hello my name is Pam. I purchased this condo in 2011 and my parents bought one in the same building just last year. We are all originally from Massachusetts (Cape Cod). I live full time in Sarasota and couldn't be happier with my new new Florida location! My parents are snowbirds, spending their winters just south in Port Charlotte.

This is the second condo I have owned in this community. I originally purchased one in 2000 while on vacation visiting my parents. I fell in love with downtown Venice and all it's charm! this location also appealed to me as a dog owner with the unique dog beach just down the road.

What makes this condo unique

We love the location near the beach and the sunsets from the lanais! We also still spend holidays at the picnic areas at the closest beach...bring your evening beverages there to watch the sunset!

Venice's quaint downtown area with shops, Venice Little Theater and loads of restaurants is only 1 mile away!

Siesta Key (voted number 1 beach in the USA) and downtown Sarasota are just a short drive away (15-20 miles)!

My wife and I stayed at this condo during April of 2013. The unit was spotless, roomy, and tastefully decorated. This unit is located in a very quiet complex with very helpful
neighbors in a great location that is convenient to beaches, the quaint Venice downtown area, theatre, restaurants, a golf course, and bike trails. In fact, we walked or biked to all the local spots in a few minutes. One could leave the car parked most of the time and have a wonderful vacation. Grocery shopping is only a few minutes away by car. The owner , PAM, is very accommodating and made us feel very welcome during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental for a short or long term stay. The owners of all the units seem to take great pride in their properties. We will definitely return again.
