When it is time to take a break from the hectic pace of life and find the perfect vacation home, look no further than “Time Out” in Corolla Light! This delightful 5 bedroom home overlooks a pond and is set on a quiet cul-de-sac making it an ideal location for an enjoyable vacation. The upper level features an open concept reserve floor plan that has a great room encompassing the living room with flat screen TV/VHS/DVD, wood burning fireplace and stereo. The dining room table seats 8 and there is deck access to both the from deck and screened-in porch from this area. The screened in porch has a table for enjoying meals hot off the charcoal grill and the kitchen features bar seating for four. On this upper level you will also find a queen bedroom with a TV/VHS that has access to a full bathroom which has a Jacuzzi tub. On the middle level there is an airy queen master bedroom with TV/ DVD and deck access, a Hawaiian themed bedroom with two twin beds (complete with grass skirts) with TV/ VHS and a pyramid bunk room with trundle with TV. The kids will enjoy the ground level bedroom with a daybed and trundle that is the center of fun with a foosball table, TV with Playstation II video game system. There is even more to enjoy outside with a hot tub, spacious decks with outdoor loungers, hammock swing and chairs to enjoy the sunshine, outside shower and fish cleaning table.

As a guest of the award winning Corolla Light neighborhood you will also have access to a variety of community amenities that can all be accessed by the free trolley service that operates from May 26th- August 31st. At the oceanfront complex enjoy three outdoor pools open from May 26th – October 5th; one of which is also heated and opens early on May 19th, playground, volleyball, shuffleboard and basketball courts, beach access and dining at the Oceanfront Grille (open seasonally). At the soundside pool complex open from May 26- August 25th enjoy an outdoor pool, baby pool, fishing pond (catch and release only), soundfront pier and gazebo and nature trails. At the Sports Center enjoy the indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, cardio and weight rooms, racquetball and indoor clay courts (additional $20 per court / hour fee). There are community tennis courts as well throughout the community; both hard courts (free) and clay courts (for $15/ hour) all which can be used by making reservations at the Sports Center. Also be sure to check out the list of weekly activities provided for you in your welcome package to take advantage of a programs like tournaments, arts and crafts, lessons, clinics, contests, family nights and Bingo.
