The home has a 180 degree clear view of many mountain ranges overlooking 40 miles of forest. Good views are all year around. Located in Kingwood Golf Resort & Spa. Spa facilities with indoor heated pool and gym with minimum guest charges. Large hot tub on back deck looking over the tree tops and mountains. Double oven with five gas burners. Large 8 person bar and separate island with sink. Ventless gas Buck Wood stove on main floor and ventless Buck remote controlled fireplace in large room downstairs with foosball table. Large master bedroom on main floor. Master bathroom with double sink, garden tub and walk in shower. Two bedrooms with queen beds on lower level.
There is TV and DVD player but no satellite or cable TV.
Located on highest point in Kingwood Golf Resort. Large full length deck off of main floor and deck off the bottom floor accessable from the driveway. Bottom floor deck is wheel chair accessible along with bedroom and bathroom.
Private country club with excellent restaurant, golf pro shop and health spa. Country Club Membership available. Outdoor tennis courts and outdoor pool also are available. Two waterfalls are located within Kingwood and over 120 waterfalls are within 60-80 miles.
Located 1 hour 45 minutes from the Atlanta airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Ashville, NC and Greenville, SC airports. Easy access from Atlanta via a four lane road within 4 miles of the house.
Four month minimum rental. No pets and no smoking. The back deck is over 30 feet off the ground and is not recommended for children.
