Located adjacent to Venturis Marina where you can drop your boat in, rent a slip or a pontoon, ski boat or jet ski to get you out on the water and enjoy everything Beaver Lake has to offer.
This is our newest and best house (and you guessed it... most expensive).
It has been totally remodeled and updated in 2009/2010 and has everything you need to have a great vacation and enjoy all that Beaver Lake has to offer. This house has it all... fantastic lake views from virtually every room and every bedroom has a private door which opens onto the deck which runs the full length of the house. Speaking of bedrooms... this house has 5 of them and 3 of them are Master Bedroom Suites with king size beds and their own private bathroom (one with a Jacuzzi tub). This house is perfect for 2-3 families and all of you get a Master Bedroom. The other two bedrooms are designed for the kids and have a bathroom to share. There are futons and daybeds spread out the house to handle up to 14 people.
For an additional charge you can rent our bunk house/game room a perfect place to put the teenagers which sleeps 6-8 more. We also have on this property parking and hook ups for an RV for an additional nightly or weekly charge.
You will fall in love with this house as soon as you see the large deck with excellent lake views and plenty of outdoor furniture to sit eat and/or drink a beverage as you enjoy the phenomenal views of Beaver Lake and the surrounding Ozark Mountains. Inside you will find a spacious kitchen with up-to-date equipment and all the cooking and eating utensils you need for any type of occasion. The beautiful bamboo wood floors throughout the house are beautiful. The living room and dinning room are connected to the Kitchen area on one end of the house and all have breath taking views of the lake. The wide open floor plan is great for entertaining or sitting by the fire place with a good book or a good movie.
This lake front house has everything you need to have a good time... rain or shine. Virtually every room has a TV including a large flat screen in the living room and the largest master bedroom and most have DVD players.
There are plenty of games and sitting areas throughout the house to sit and talk or play. Hot Tubs: one in the Master Bedroom and one outside under the covered pavilion. Have dinner in the formal dinning room or outside under the pavilion... either way you will love the views of Beaver Lake. The best thing about this house is you are Lake Front and only a few steps down to swim, fish or boat on beautiful Beaver Lake.
The quaint town of Eureka Springs with its beautiful Victorian architecture, fabulous shops and great restaurants is only minutes from this house. If you haven't visited Eureka you are in for a treat and you will fall in love with the town and the area and come back year after year. This area high in the Ozarks is a great place to plan a vacation or a romantic weekend getaway. There is something for everyone in Eureka with great shopping, eating and lots of fun things to do for kids (water parks to go carts).
