Beautiful place with 26. 000 meters of very green and beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Brick House seat to view all terraced, 02 room settings (tv and fireplace), wood lining. External area of ??grill with a wood burning pizza oven, sink, coffee table and dining table for 12 people. Large kitchen with redneck wood stove, TV and a table for 12 people. Games room. Male and female changing rooms with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Pool (5.00 x 10.00). Soccer Field. Gate covered with pavement to the headquarters. Ample parking. Natural aquarium with beautiful fountain and koi garden grove of eucalyptus trees. The site is for family use, the proceeds from the leases are for infrastructure improvements and property maintenance.

Located in Itapeva to 8.8 km from the city center, in the neighborhood of Sands. Access by Fernão Dias highway, just 120 km from SPaulo, 20 km and 50 km from Extreme Monte Verde. With very green and fresh mountain air, the nights are always cool even in summer. You can spot toucans, siriemas and birds of various species, an ideal place to rest and recharge. As a tourist spot, worth knowing Stone Chata and her natural pool that provides a beautiful view of region 1. 300 meters high, and also the many waterfalls like the Capetinga, the Hinterland and Great Gusto hick.
